Building Maintenance Database
Green & Robinson have developed a simple to use database system which catalogs maintenance tasks associated with specific buildings. Each task has a description, a priority ranking, magnitude rating, a status and associated photographs.
Administrators can access the database and review maintenance requirements and by accessing the photos can visualize the work without having to visit the site. This tool has proven effective in helping the development of budgets and in providing information to support raising funds or applications for grants.
We will survey your buildings, photo document the problems and develop the data base. The application will run in a Windows environment without the need for additional software.
