Caretaking Services

To round off our services to towns we can perform caretaking tasks.

Typical caretaking projects are too small to require bidding and can include but are not limited to,

• Door, window and associated hardware repair or replacement.
• Exterior building repairs such as shingles, clap boards, rotted trim etc.
• Replacement gutters and down pipes.
• Minor interior wall repairs.
